Refund & Exchange Policy

At Happy from DG, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized gifts. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, we’re here to help!

Exchange Eligibility:

  • You are eligible for an exchange only if the product delivered is:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Incorrect (not matching your order)

Important Conditions:

  1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
    • The video must clearly show the unopened package being opened.
    • The issue (damage/wrong product) must be visible in the same video.
    • Videos recorded after unboxing or without a continuous clip may not be accepted.
  2. Exchange Request Timeline
    • You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
  3. No Refunds
    • As all items are personalized and made to order, we do not offer refunds.
    • We only provide exchanges in eligible cases as mentioned above.

    • Your Order ID
    • Unboxing video
    • Brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Shipping information

We ship all our surprises through the most reliable delivery partners in India. All surprises are shipped within Two working day of receiving your order. Tracking details for your shipment will be shared over SMS and WhatsApp immediately after your order is shipped.

For priority shipping orders, we ship on the same day if the order and the customization details are received before 1 PM.
